Runes are a special item that apply to the entire team rather than individual heroes. They begin with one star and can be further enhanced with Rune Shards, which are obtainable through Bounty and Rune War. The cost of enhancing increases for each star: 15/30/60/120.
Runes do not stack with other Runes; they only take into account the attributes on display in the hero screen.
